Moli Group Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of CASH Financial Services Group ( "CFSG" ), which is an active player in the Hong Kong financial services sector. Moli was acquired by CFSG for HK$110 million in 2005. It owns Moli China Information & Technology Limited ( "Moli China" ) in Shanghai and provided Shanghai Moliyo Digital Entertainment Limited ( "Shanghai Moliyo" ) with strategic marketing and technology support. Shanghai Moliyo held the licenses required and was in charge of the product operation.
