R&D Department |
The department consists of the R&D manager, the architecture team, the programming team and the arts design team.
As the leader of the department, R&D Manager is in charge of the management of department and mutual communication with brother departments. Architecture team is in charge of creatively planning of game contents and adjustment of numerical values. Programming team is in charge of framework development and expressing the content with the source code. Arts design team's work focuses on realizing the roles and scenes of the game. |

Operation Department |
The main target is to generate revenue making full use of all kinds of resources it had. On the one hand, it promotes the game content to entertain the players to push consumption; on the other hand, it feedbacks comments to the game development team from their marketing experiences. The present product is named "King of Pirate online ". Via the product team, the testing team and the marketing team with respective duties, the department undertakes the planning and sales, game content updates, and market evaluation . |

Platform Department |
The department is responsible for Moliyo Online Media & Entertainment Portal and provides a strong content support for the operation of all entertainment products.
The 15 staff is composed of talented programmers, who have the independent design experiences in some large-scale projects, of creative designers, who are willing to devote more time to the work, and of unstoppable planners, who are always thinking of fulfilling customers' preference and create better and instant customer experience. |

| Tech Support Department |
All the 7 members' main task is to provide the comfortable and stable environment for software, hardware and internet access. They also aim to offer the best services to all staff and clients. The department has MIS team, the OP team and the System Management team with respective duties, which enable all members to provide the professional maintenance of the broadband, hardware equity, and IDC servers and to make analysis of the registers' data. |

HR department |
It is the department who provides services for the whole company in the area of administrative secretary work, interior administrative affairs, logistics, recruitment, trainings, salary management, corporate culture propaganda and staff relationship management.
As a back-up department for the company, HR department divides the mission into human resources and administration management. Moreover, it organizes various kinds of entertainment, sports and communication activities to enrich the company's culture via everyone's participation and enjoyment. |

The main duties of the department can be described as financial controlling, management accounting, general accounting and cashier. It is also responsible for the capital management, financial budget, bills check, interior-control, by editing financial statement and referring financial analysis reports. |
