Research and Development Department

This department consists of the R&D manager, the architecture team, the programming team and the art design team.
The R&D manager is the leader of the department and is in charge of management and communication between other departments. The Architecture team is in charge of planning game content and adjusting numerical values. The programming team is responsible for framework development and expressing content through source coding. The art design team’s work focuses primarily on developing characters and scenes within the game.

Operations Department

The main target of this department is to generate revenue through sales and creative marketing. Operations have two focuses; first, it promotes games in order to maximize consumption; and second, it provides feedback, from the gamers, to the game development team. Operations also provide Sales planning, game content updates, and market evaluations in order to successfully implement a game into the market.

Platform Department

This department is responsible for the Moliyo Online Media & Entertainment Portal and provides solid content support for the operation of all entertainment products.
There are fifteen staff members in this department. It is comprised of talented programmers, many of whom have prior experience in large-scale projects; creative designers, willing to devote many hours to their projects and; unstoppable planners, helping to recognize customer preferences in order to create better experiences.

Tech Support Department

This department consists of seven staff members; their main task is to provide a comfortable and stable environment for software, hardware, and internet access. They also aim to offer the highest quality service to all staff and clients. The department’s MIS team, OP team and Systems Management team provide maintenance to broadband, hardware equity, and IDC servers.

HR Department

This department provides administrative services and human resources companywide including logistics, recruitment, training, payroll, and staff relationship management. They are responsible for instilling company culture by organizing team building events for employees through entertainment, sports, and other activities.

Accounting & Administration Department

The main duties of this department include financial oversight, management accounting, and general accounting. It is responsible for capital management, financial budgeting, bill inquiries, editing financial statements and analysis of financial reports.

 

Customer Service Department

Customer service is responsible for direct contact and communication with clients. They provide customers information via a 24-hour call center and offer game masters for in-game support. This department encompasses Moli’s core spirit as well as “Customer Spirit 5S”—speed, sincerity, satisfaction, standards and smile. Customer Service will continue to offer the highest level of service to clients because of their continuous commitment to enhance customer satisfaction.
